Common questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Hush, go to More → Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy Premium.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Hush, and choose to change or cancel. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Is my data private?

Yes. Hush collects nothing and uploads nothing — everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy.

Is Hush a medical treatment?

No. Hush is a wellness and relaxation app, not a medical device, and isn’t a substitute for professional care. If your tinnitus is persistent or distressing, please consult a qualified clinician.
